If you’ve been tracking with us this week you know that we have now officially opened our new meeting space, Belle Faire! Belle Faire has been a work in progress for some time, and I personally owe my husband, Rudy, a huge high five for his silent but large efforts, and for never complaining about late nights, a dusty face or a sore back. He did the bulk of the construction work inside, and I must say, it looks pretty rockin’. Of course double high-five to Margaret, of The Chef Next Door, who spent hours and hours refurbishing old tables and chairs, and painting those massive walls! I love seeing old spaces revived, with new, vibrant life! Check out these before and after shots. I’d say we did a pretty horrible job of taking before pictures… trust me, you weren’t missing much!
Several folks including al.com, Erin Lindsey Images, and Morgan Hopper of Southernly Said have already posted even more about the amazing beauty & talent of Belle Faire! If you don’t believe them, or want to see for yourself, I’d like to invite you to come on out to our Open House on Sunday! There will be giveaways, tasty treats and bubbly! Click on the photo below for more information.
As much as I love the space itself, what I love the most about it all is the people behind the businesses involved in Belle Faire. It is an amazing honor to be included in the same breath as these other businesses. Some (definitely not all!) of my biggest cheerleaders and supporters are in this group, and also some of the people I look up to the most in the industry! As you might know, we just recently celebrated our first birthday as a business in January! We are still in the infant stages of this thing, and we were lucky enough to be considered to sit among businesses that have been working in the industry for three, five, twelve and even fifteen years! I am truly humbled to be considered part of this amazing talent. I promise I will do my very best to uphold the high standards you have set for all of us in Huntsville and North Alabama!

P.S. Do you just love our sign?! Me too! Check out the awesome makers at Grainwell for more information!
It’s not lost on me that these people have worked long and hard to get to where they are, which brings me to one of my favorite new sayings + a free 8×10 printable for you guys! I hope you have fabulous rest of the week and will plan to see us all on Sunday!
