Romantic Marsala Winter Wedding | Birmingham Wedding Invitations

posted in: Paperie |

It’s officially getting cold & wintery here, which means big winter sweaters and a lot of dark rich colors in my wardrobe. And, I have to say, more than other years, I’m not hating it so hard right now. I love thinking about ending my day with some warm Tang Tea and a quilt. It slows time down just a little bit during the crazy holiday season.

I think this styled shoot fits perfectly with my changing winter mood. Everything about these photos makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. The way the photographs are taken by the fabulous Jonathon Kohn makes me wish I was at this wedding experiencing all the feelings.

We designed the invitation suite as an elegant half-corner on linen paper + marsala ink, complete with a craft envelope and wax seal. As we start to say our goodbyes to 2015, we will also say goodbye to our 2015 Pantone color, Marsala. Never fear though, rich rich red will live on forever. In 2016, we welcome Rose Quartz as the new Pantone Color of the Year!
