This website, huntsvillepaperco.com (the "Site"), is owned by Jacki Gil Design, LLC d.b.a Salt + Paperie. Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) of use of the Site carefully and check them periodically. Salt + Paperie reserves the right to revise these T&C from time to time as Salt + Paperie sees fit. By using the Site, you indicate your acceptance of these T&C in the form as they may exist at any time you use the Site, and you agree to accept any changes to the T&C, whether or not you actually reviewed them. Do not use this Site if you do not accept these T&C.

The Site and all materials on the Site, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations and posts (the "Materials") are the property of Salt + Paperie and its affiliates and are protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by copyrights that are owned by HPco. and by copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Site does not grant you any copyright in or to the Materials, and you may not reproduce, create derivative works from, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way whatsoever any Materials from the Site without Salt + Paperie’s prior written consent. Printing Materials for any other reason, or transferring Materials for use on any other Web site, or the modification, distribution or republication of Materials without Salt + Paperie’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Any modification of the Materials, or any portion thereof, or use of Materials for any other purpose in violation of these T&C constitutes an infringement of trademark or other proprietary rights of HPco. and a violation of federal law.

Salt + Paperie IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Salt + Paperie limits any liability that it might nevertheless have to the maximum amount of the invoiced price of the products or services in question.
 
Our provision of advice, assistance or guidance on OR AS A RESULT OF this Site does not constitute acceptance of liability, and performance of any services will not cause us to be deemed your, or anyone's, agent for any purpose.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Salt + Paperie will use its best efforts to deliver orders at the time stated; however, all delivery dates shall be regarded as estimates only. Purchasers shall accept the actual delivery date, and the risk of loss and ownership for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Salt + Paperie shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses suffered by the purchaser or any other party as a result of any delay in delivery.

Salt + Paperie will strive to follow all applicable export and import laws for international shipments. The customer or recipient is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs, and any other fees associated with importing their order. Salt + Paperie will not be responsible for these fees. Salt + Paperie will not provide an estimate of fees before shipment and will not be responsible for any international shipments once the package has left the production location. Salt + Paperie will not be held liable for our failure to disclose these fees to you.
 
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
E-mail or other order confirmation does not constitute acceptance by Salt + Paperie of an order. Orders are not accepted and Salt + Paperie has no obligation to provide services for you until it exercises the authorization to charge your credit card, and the charge is validated and accepted by your credit card company and fees and costs for services to be performed by Salt + Paperie have been paid in full.
 
APPLICABLE LAW
These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. Any litigation concerning these T&C or other uses of the Site shall be brought in the courts of Madison County, Alabama, and you consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over you by such courts.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to the Site and these T&C at any time. This includes pricing, products offered, sale prices, and any other modifications we deem fit. If any portion of these T&C shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that portion shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining part of the T&C.
